Chatime. Only one thing I order

There is something special about going to a coffee shop and smell the roasted beans and coffee making.  It is just as amazing to walk into a store doing the same thing for Bubble Tea.   The smell of caramelized sugar, malt, tea, and tapioca is a mesmerizing experience.   Despite all the smells, I only like one of their drinks. Roasted Milk Tea with Grass Jelly.  It's an amazing drink, something I can drink often.  (i usually order half sweet cause I don't have a sweet tooth)

Super cup. 1 litre of milk tea.... Amazing... 

Winter is Coming

It's only September and the temperature in Toronto has already dived. Looks like we may get another extremely cold winter from the way the weather has been these few days.   Time to bring out the warm clothes and hunker down and get some hot drinks. 

Moonbean Cafe

Great in house roasted coffee with some great snacks. Moonbean is one of my favourite cafe now.  The staff were also really friendly, with a great aromatic atmosphere.  Definitely a place to try.

They roast the coffee here themselves! It's really nice too, not overpowering. 

New TTC Streetcars

I love the new strategies from TTC in an effort to help congestion of the streetcar system. A proof of Payment system makes it a lot easier to get on and off.  The only problem is with the potential lost in revenue from fare. But in GO transit, this system has mainly worked, so it is mainly a system of ironing the kinks for TTC. 

In another note, the new streetcars are spacious in terms of standing room. Which is nice. 

Voodoo Child Cafe

Café Latte. One of the thing that I love trying at new cafés.  This was a place I was introduced by a friend of mine, its a great coffee place with free WiFi to boot. On those days that you want to just sit and work at a quiet little café, this is a great place.  The coffee is great, but the seating isn't  the most comfortable. Overall, I would say that this is pretty good place to chill and work in with the quiet environment and great coffee, unless you want to work for long.
