There are two main things that I would go to Hong Kong for: Food and Shopping. There are a lot of scenic views and other activities as well, but those are just a bonus. This time, I visit a place called Stanley Market. It is an interesting place because it is in between a tourist market and a local bazaar. The things to shop for at the market: scarves, clothes and linen. These are really cheap, coming to $100 HKD for 3 silk scarves. To cater to the more tourist side of things, there are many souvenir shops throughout the bazaar which still sell really cheap souvenier items. Kudos to a friend of mine who told me about the market, I knew Stanley as a place where the prison was. Interesting place to visit, and definitely lots of treasure to find in the market, definitely worth the long travel!
