Food that you must try at Hong Kong

Started with a quick visit to Cha Chaan Tan (A hk style cafe) for a quick classic pineapple bun with butter.  The hot crispy bun has a soft spongy interior and comes served with an ice cold slice of butter.  Definitely a must try especially for people who lik butter :) yum

Next, I went over to Mong Kok and walked past an old time favourite of mine, a street food snack stall.  This store serves skewers based on a soy sauce based sauce, where different cuts of meat are served with the light sauce, hoisin sauce and mustard.   Its very cheap for the skewers, coming to a total of approximately 23 HKD for three skewers.  These are by no means meant to fill you up, buts its great for a snack, much better than those same old hot dog stands.   Definitely worth a try if you are up for some exotic flavours in street food, or you can walk around the corner for all the fish balls, beef balls and the traditional snakcs!
